Strategies for Optimization Fermentation Medium

Abstract: Microbial fermentation medium include carbon, nitrogen, water, inorganic salt, microelement, growth genes and precursors. There are materials for fermentation complete unknown. These matters cause many difficulties for optimization fermentation medium. There are so many factors in this process, we cann’t get the perfect outcome if just using one technique for the experimentation. Using Plackett-Burman method or Uniform design for experimentations and get linchpin factors which affectting great in product from many factors. Then, optimization linchpin factors with Orthogonal design or Response surface methodology. We can get the better outcome for this strategy.
